Hannah Sear is the 16 year old daughter of Ex Hot-rod racer Mark Sear #54.Who has just started racing Stock rods with Autospeed in a car built by her dad at his race business Sear Race Prep, Down in Falmouth, Cornwall.

Before stock rods Hannah raced ministox's for 3 years and worked her way up to superstar in one grading period in a car which was also built by her dad, winning the club 21 championship along the way!
Sunday 23rd January 2011, saw Hannah in her first stock rod meeting, although it was wet, oily and very slippery!
Hannah started last every race to ensure that she did not cause or end up in any trouble. She managed to make up several places in both heats and in the final. Hannah is now looking forward to the next race meeting which is at St.Day Raceway on the 13th February.

b. If you are found on a second occasion to be over 53% but under 53.5% you will receive a one month suspension, lose all points/monies due on the day.

c. Anyone over 53.5% on their first check will receive an automatic one month ban, and loaded immediately with loss of any points or monies due (if applicable).

d. If a driver is found over 53.5% on a second occasion the penalty will automatically be doubled, or possibly carry a longer suspension. Checks will be carried out at any time.

Important  Steering hub arms please read.

It has come to our attention that people are heating and bending the steering hub arms and re- bolting them.
This is illegal and if caught you will be banned.

Announcement from Spedeworth:

Spedeworth have noticed the significant drop in numbers of Stock Rods and Lightning Rods at meetings recently and feel that we must do something.

We would like suggestions on whether the formulas need to be made cheaper and in what ways this can be accomplished.

The trend of low numbers is not only affecting Spedeworth meetings but those at Incarace and Stock Rods at Autospeed etc too and we are afraid to say that they are simply no longer putting on a show.

We would like suggestions from drivers using their real names and race numbers (as opposed to hiding behind fake names) before we have to make our own decisions. We would also appreciate any suggestions from fans too as Spedeworth value your opinion highly too.

Come on drivers lets get them cars out ! want your say go to the forum as Spedeworth don't know why cars are not out there. All of us have spent time and money on our Stock Rods ....Do we need rule changes (don't think so) If the nubers keep dropping Stock Rod may be dropped from all major events.
